OSHA Air Monitoring
Osha regulations mandate that you Indentify & Qualify
respiratory hazards in your work space.
Have the OSHA compliance specialist at
SAFETYWorks LLC. conduct an air survey for you.
Air sampling provides the basis for proper respirator selection,
choosing the method of fit-testing and developing your
OV cartridge change-out schedule (a new OSHA requirement!)
Failure to conduct airsampling can result in
OSHA citations & penalties or even worse;
you could be unknowingly over-exposing your employees
to health hazards that could result in illness or death!
Experience has proven that respitory hazards are usually
present in the following operations:
• Painting
• Stripping, Degreasing $ solvent-based Dipping
• Varnishing or Staining
• Abrasive Blasting & Surface Prep
• Grinding
• Welding, Brazing & Cutting
• Hot Dip Galvanizing
• Pre-Heating or Bake-finishing
• Soldering
• Mold Packing
• Adhesive Application
• Concrete Sawing & Blow-off
